After reading Daniel's excellent post here, which by the way was something I've been thinking about a little. Although not to the extend that Daniel has. But he got me working on the foundation he made in the post, and the first results can be seen here.

Ah, this is so much of a coincidence. I was working through your lessons, and started to wonder about error checking just after I finished lesson 5. You know, newbies are always more motivated to do the error checking at the beginning... :P
Looks like I'll be working through the debugGL version of lesson 6.

Oh, thanks for catching that. A while ago I created a project for OpenGL utils for myself and put the debugGL stuff there. Fixed the link to point there.
